Services

Perhaps you are grieving a loss, dealing with depression or anxiety, or navigating a life transition. Maybe you're feeling challenged in a relationship or looking for more meaning and purpose. Maybe you are recognizing that there are patterns in your relationships that you are wanting to explore and unravel.

Or perhaps you are a couple that is tired of repeating the same fights and being stuck in the same patterns but aren’t sure how to do something different.

My Approach

I take an active approach that is genuinely curious, warm, direct, nonjudgmental and rooted in supporting your own exploration into your inner life. Using somatic awareness, the relational container of therapy, and understanding of the latest research in attachment theory, neuroscience, embodiment and trauma, we can explore what is happening for you, giving you more access to choice, flexibility, and freedom in your decisions and in your life. This process can help you connect with your authentic nature and access more of your aliveness.

Couples Therapy

The work that I do with couples is focused on increasing connection and understanding. We’ll uncover what’s happening between the surface of the fights that seem to be about such little things, but just keep happening. In this way, you can find your way back to each other.
